Shipping Policy

Any returned order with the free shipping promotion will have a fee of $9.99 deducted from the store credit.

All items are shipped within 2-3 business days (due to COVID-19 lockdown effect and delays from shipping companies processing time might now take up to 5 business days) from purchase.

Orders can only be canceled within 30 mins of placing an order.

Pre-order/Special order items that may have a longer processing time and processing dates are usually indicated on add to cart page or button.

You will receive a tracking number for your shipments.

Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or customs clearance of the destination country.

We have no control over custom or duties imposed by foreign countries and won’t be responsible for any additional fees associated with them if any at time of delivery for international shipments.

Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original shipping cost plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return shipping cost in the case of refused deliveries and an additional 30% restocking fee.
If our system show that your package was signed for and/or delivered we won't be held accountable, we also won't be held accountable if the package gets lost during return.

Multiple orders with a pre-ordered/back-order item will be mailed out together on the date specified on the back order item, if you would like them mailed separately please place both orders separately.

Shipping costs are non -refundable.
