All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not possible. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Order Accuracy

Kindly ensure that your selected items, sizes, and shipping address are accurate before completing your order, as we may not be able to make changes afterward.
Pre-Orders & Special Orders

Items listed as pre-order or special order may require longer processing times. Estimated processing dates are usually indicated on the product page or the "Add to Cart" button.

If your order contains a pre-order or back-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
Shipping Details

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

While we strive to meet all stated delivery times, we are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs in the destination country.

For international shipments, please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may be applied upon delivery.
Returns & Store Credit

Any returned order that was placed using a free shipping promotion will have a $9.99 shipping fee deductedfrom the store credit issued.

Refused deliveries will incur both the original shipping cost and the return shipping fee. Additionally, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Delivered Packages

If our system shows that your package was delivered and/or signed for, we cannot be held liable for missing items.

We are not responsible for packages lost during a return process.
