We gladly accept returns for exchanges or store credit.
All returned items MUST be in ORIGINAL STATE
You will receive an email confirmation for your return
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Ace Kouture is not responsible for cost of return, loss or damage of item during the return process.
We don't offer refunds but however we do offer exchanges and store credit.

We are happy to accept for exchange, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 5 days of receipt by you.

Special orders and custom make are final sale and non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when applicable for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We aim to process all exchanges within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.

We do not offer exchange or store credit on clearance items.

Pop up items can only be exchanged at pop ups.

Gift Cards are not refundable.

A restock fee of $20 will be applied to any RETURN ON PURCHASES PLACED DURING OUR CLEARANCE SALE EVENT BETWEEN DEC 11 2020- April 30 2021 ON ORDER LESS THAN THE PRICE OF $100 item .

Order Cancellations can only be made within 24hrs after the order has been placed. If the order has been processed and shipped out already we won’t be able to cancel the order.
