We accept returns for store credit.
All returned items MUST be in ORIGINAL STATE
You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit  once we receive and process your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Ace Kouture is not responsible for cost of return, loss or damage of item during the return process.
We don't offer refunds but however we do offer store credit that never expire and can be used to order something else from the store.

All Returns must be unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and must dispatched to us within 5 days of receipt by you.

Special orders and custom-made are final sale and non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when applicable for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.

We do not offer exchange or store credit on clearance items or final sale items.

Pop up items can only be exchanged at pop ups.

Gift Cards are not refundable.

Order Cancellations can only be made within 30mins after the order has been placed. If the order has been processed and shipped out already we won’t be able to cancel the order.
